607 winners from 1104 races, prices up to 66/1

“The Protégé has a totally unique approach to making profits from the thoroughbred industry that WILL change your views on selection forever. Whatever stakes you bet with you could have won a thousand times that last season. Out of 212 betting days the system was operated in the 2008 flat season, on only 18 of those days I didn’t go to my bookmakers counter to collect.” Tony Gibson

With a winner nine days out of 10 your friends will be fed up of seeing you at the bookies every day collecting your winnings, they will be convinced that you have connections.

Read on and hear how The Protégé went through the card at Ascot TWICE and made 128 points in just the Heritage Handicaps.

128 points profit in just the Heritage Handicaps in 2008

These prestigious races are some of the most entertaining in the calendar and The Protégé made as much profit on just these races as most systems claim for a full year’s racing.

It has often been said that there are very few new ideas in horserace betting. Very occasionally one comes along to give us that “Eureka” moment. Tony Gibson recently presented us with this system and I can honestly say that I have never before encountered this unusual but highly successful way of finding big priced winners on a regular basis.

Prices up to 66/1

How many times has a short priced favourite been beaten by an apparent outsider of 16/1, 20/1, 33/1, 40/1 and yes even 66/1. The Protege System finds these “good things” on a regular basis before the betting pubic at large know anything about them. Of course the next time the horse appears at a racecourse everyone knows about it. But you were on it when very few people had any idea of its potential. A very satisfying feeling.

The Protégé System takes a totally new approach that is both logical and extremely effective. It enables you to make very speedy selections, often horses with no previous form. It is this lack of form that means you are often on horses with very high odds with only you in the betting shop knowing their real chances of winning.

Every one gets the same simple selections, selections can be found the night before racing

- No knowledge of form is required to operate this method. All of the groundwork has been done for you.
- The Racing Post newspaper or Racing Post online is all you require.
- Selections and bets all found in advance of racing (the evening before if using RP online) using a very simple process.
- Level Stakes bets placed to SP, Tote, or Betfair SP
- No live markets required

We cannot really recommend that you try this bet

I have previously told you that you will be betting on the top thoroughbreds and this was emphasised at Ascot last year. On just two occasions last season the system had qualifiers in every race and this happened at Ascot. The meeting was the most prestigious of the year. On both occasions every winner was selected by The Protégé System. Can this feat be repeated this year, well it is very unlikely and certainly not over two days, however I am sure that there will be enough winners at Ascot to make the meeting enjoyable and profitable. The potential pay outs on those two days were;

Ascot, twice through the card! Day 1 accumulator £54,561
Tote jackpot paid £167,346 to £1 stake
Day 2 accumulator 87,572
Tote jackpot no won £441,743

Of course to have collected on such bets would involve multiple selections and perms, but such bets should not be totally discounted. It is the big betting syndicates employing such tactics who generally scoop the big pools. This system’s effectiveness usually requires betting level stakes on more than one horse. You will be betting on 2/3 horses in an average qualifying race. This number varies wildly with many races having only a single runner selected. There are no complicated dutching or staking rules, each horse has exactly the same win bet placed on it. Using the on-line Racing Post these selections can be found the evening before racing. It is impossible to get confused about whether a horse is a selection if you follow the very straightforward guide.

Result Summary

A complete analysis of results is included below from April through to November 2008. They show the potential for BIG profits every month from now on and you will see why the author recommends using the Tote or Betfair starting prices.

Since the service was launched back in 2006, we have always been looking for the best way to deliver profits to our members, and our new approach and methods are going to ensure that we achieve our goals, and make our members good profits in the process.

Do You Want A Service That Will Make You Consistent Profits?

Online Tipsters are ten-a-penny, sprouting up all over the internet every day, promising fabulous returns of £1,000’s every week. How many of them are still in business six months later? How many have stood the test of time, and make profits week after week. The problem is, by the time you find out that you’ve backed a losing tipster, it’s too late!

Top Quality Info 7 Days of the Week

Superb Strike Rate - No Long Losing Runs

Consistent Long-Term Profit at SP

What Our Program Analyses…

Exclusive Naps & Lays Ratings

Trainer Performance & Form

Jockey Performance & Form

Last Time Out Performance

Race Class/Runners/Tissue Prices

Racing Post Data & Variables

Industry Tipster Selections

So How Does The Service Work?

Each day we provide our members with racing information relating to our Napbet (Win) and Laybet (Lose) selections. Selections are derived from analysing a plethora of qualifying criteria, which includes our own Exclusive Ratings, and a multitude of industry info relating to statistics and form. From there our computer program churns out winner after winner for our members!

So WHY Does It Work?

Our computer program filters out horses that DO NOT fit our stringent qualifying criteria, leaving what we consider to be the strongest Nap & Lay Bets available across the whole days race card. On average there approximately 1,000 races in the UK each month, and no matter how dedicated YOU ARE you will not be able to effectively analyse and filter such a massive volume of horses and results, and STILL make horseracing a profitable pursuit. Thanks to modern technology, we are able to use effective computer models that do all the work, WITHOUT EMOTION, accurately pinpointing winner after winner based on historical trends and statistics. We do not have to think, calculate or make decisions on current statistics or form, as this all happens at the touch of a button - well, the click of a mouse!
After the first stage of filtering, the remaining races are analysed, and our program arrives at our final selections. This generally leaves us with somewhere in the region of 2-3 selections per day for the Nap Bets Service, and around 1-2 selections per day for the Lay Bets Service. Our Nap Bets currently have an approximate 50% strike rate, and gives a return on investment in the region of 25%. Our Lay Bets currently has an approximate 85-90%% strike rate, and gives a return on investment in the region of 40-45%.

An Exceptional System from an Exceptional Author
Sportsworld Pay £1000 prize for Best System Entry in 3 Year

by Eddie McClung

At the beginning of July Eddie McClung, a member of the Racing Investors Club entered their betting system competition. For a four month period Eddie had to pass on his system selections via a telephone message line. The rules of this competition were that he must make a profit with the system for each of the following 4 months. The tipping telephone line was witnessed and enjoyed by hundreds of Racing Investors Club members.

Full 23 months results - over £37,600 profit
21 Winning months out of 23
Laying Racing Post Favourites
Around 3 bets a day - 86.61% strike rate
Bets on telephone line the evening before racing
£3,065 Profit in April 2009 ( to £100 to win stake)

The system made £8,374 profit in the competition in the months of July, August, September and October. In table above the two other numbers (e.g. July 16 2 ) are the longest winning and losing runs each month. These long winning runs are more impressive when I tell you that this system is laying Racing Post favourites. These results are not a “flash in the pan”, the system has more history than this. We will publish full results with the system going back 18 months and showing profits over £30,000, these results are summarised on the next page. You can see that the last losing month was June 2008 where £80 was lost. All other months this year have shown good profits. Throughout the competition months the strike rate was over 86% and has been as high as 90% in previous months.

April 2009
The selections in April 2009 continued very well and were in profit by £3,065.

Very Early Telephone Support Line
The system selections can be found the evening before racing by consulting the Racing Post web site. This is when the message will be put on the telephone support line. This will give you a chance to snap up any good early prices.

The Author Has Operated This System For 23 Months
Eddie McClung is now a semi-retired IT specialist and it is his recent retirement that gave him the free time to develop his Prize System. To say that Eddie is not new to gambling is a serious understatement, his first method, a football perm, was published by The People newspaper when Eddie was just 12 years old though I assume that The People were unaware of his age.

His career with the World Bank meant that Eddie spent many years in Africa, twenty of those in South Africa where Eddie was very active in the sport of Horse Racing being a member of many clubs and racing his own horse. On his returns from his travels in 1989 he founded a computer company that still keeps him active in his semi-retirement. The free time he now enjoys plus the considerable computer skills he possesses put him in a great position to develop a betting system when the onset of the Internet put all the facts and figures involved with horse racing at his finger tips. The system he developed follows logical lines that almost guarantee its success. When you look at a favourite selected to lay you are often amazed how it could ever have been considered a likely favourite. As usual, the author will be pleased to answer any questions customers may have about the operation of the system.

Be wary of this type of message it could very well be a SCAM.

What you need to look out for, is a new member on Betting or Sports Forums.

The new member will post up a message saying something like:

Subject: “Look at these great results!”

Message: Hi guys, my first time on this board, but I just wanted to share this tipster I recently came across as his results are superb and he has earned me about £3000 in under a month!

Here is the website www.whatascam.com, check out the results and you can mention that I told you if you like!

Now, this again, all sounds quite genuine. If you found a good tipster, you would naturally tell anyone you thought might be interested, but, this is not a normal member, this is 99% likely to be the tipster himself trying to fool people.

The next post on that same thread will probably come from the tipster himself (under a different username), saying thank you to the previous poster for mentioning him as a quality and genuine tipster.

He will come across as very professional and courteous, but he is nothing but a simple con man, who again has no conscience.

The one thing to beware of with this kind of scam, is this, if it is a new member, ie has only 1 post to his name, whereas others have hundreds and can be trusted, then be very wary.

Alway do some due diligence on any service or tipster before handing over any cash. Simple checks with tipster proofing sites such as the Racing Index is a good start is there an address where you can contact them?

One of the strategies that I often employ is to lay very short priced favourites with the sole intention of backing them later on in the event. Let me explain, let us say that you are looking at a tennis match between Roger Federer and a low ranked unseeded player in a first round match at Wimbledon. Federer is the reigning champion and one of the most gifted players ever to hold a racket and his opponent basically has no or very little chance.

The odds of 1.04 on the exchanges reflects the Swiss players supremacy and expected victory. But you have to understand that despite Federer’s supremacy and his almost certain victory, he is after all going up against another top tennis player. He is not playing some semi decent local club player. This means that there will likely be periods in the match where he will not dominate his opponent.

When you look at the result of a tennis match like this and it reads 7-5,6-4, 6-0, it looks pretty convincing for the winner. Of course over the entire space of the match, that is what it is. But if we were to break the match down into periods then what tends to reveal itself is that the weaker opponent will have good spells.

What looking at the overall result will not show was that Federer was 5-5 in the first set and a break of serve down in the second set. It is these periods that will have a profound effect on the relative prices of both competitors on the betting exchanges.

A clear betting exchange strategy now presents itself. When you LAY any competitor at a massively short price and 1.04 is a massive 1-25, your maximum potential downside is known. If you back Federer at 1.04 for £100 then you only stand to win £4. But the reverse is true when you are laying. If you Lay Federer to that same £100 and he wins then your liability is only £4.

In fact, it is less than £4 because if things fail to go your way and Federer just simply steam rollers his opponent and his price quickly shortens to 1.01 and stays there, you can still back Federer at this price to reduce your losses. But if as expected, the match enters one of those phases where Federer is playing loosely or hasn’t warmed up yet or maybe
is lacking motivation against his journeyman opponent, then his “well up for it” opposition may start to enjoy relative success in various stages of the match.

When Federer’s price hits 1.10 when it is 5-5 in the first set then you can back him for that same £100 to win £10 should he win and thus lock in a bet to nothing. Many events in various sports that have overwhelming favourites follow this pattern where the supposed “no hoper” will have a decent spell in the match and profits on the betting exchanges can accrue from those who are smart enough to do the exact opposite of what everyone else is doing.

In this video we set up a position around an hour out and use, offsetting, stops and trailing stops to trade the market. Using Bet Angel’s guardian tool this allows us to do this without even actively monitoring the market you have set up this automated trade on. We simply visit the market we want to trade, set up the position and then move onto another market. It’s a neat way to increase the amount of trading you can do in a day.

Swing trading is the anti-thesis of scalping on betting exchanges. When you swing trade you are looking to catch much broader movements in the market rather than the small one tick profits you get with a scalp style trade.
